Coach Zymet was named Head Baseball Coach at Newton High School prior to the 2020 season. Prior to being named head coach he was an assistant to John Selitto from 2017-2019 as well as an assistant at Paramus High School from 2008-2012. Along with coaching baseball, he has been an assistant football coach at Newton High School since 2013. He is currently in his 9th year teaching Health and Physical Education at Merriam Avenue School and was named Teacher of the Year in 2017. He played baseball at Randolph Macon College before graduating from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education. He obtained his Master's degree in Sport Pedagogy from William Paterson University.

Coach Vanluvender is in his first year coaching with the Newton High School baseball program. Coach Vanluvender is a 2015 alumni of Newton High School where he pitched and played the infield for Coach Selitto. After graduation, Coach Vanluvender played 2 years at Sussex County Community College before transferring to East Stroudsburg University where he is studying to become a health and physical education teacher.
