Team 3142 Aperture competed at the Warren Hills High School FIRST Robotics Competition on March 23-24, 2024. The robot glided along the field effortlessly thanks to swerve drive wheels. The robot, named Mr. Robuster, performed well, shooting note after note (hoop) into the speaker and then hanging on the chain for extra points.
Team Aperture was a key partner in the 4th place alliance and won the Excellence in Engineering Award. Following the team’s fantastic performance at Warren Hills, it secured rank 31 in the Mid-Atlantic District out of 127 teams. Team 3142 is progressing on to the FIRST Mid-Atlantic District Championship at Lehigh University on April 4-6.
